1. Introduction

Fatpirate operates a sportsbook that allows wagering on sports, esports and related events. By placing a Bet, the End User acknowledges and agrees to these Betting Rules and understands that Fatpirate may modify the Rules, markets, limits and features at any time. The English version of these Rules is the official version. Fatpirate may publish updates online without prior notice, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Definitions

  • End User — an individual who uses the Fatpirate sportsbook in accordance with these Rules.
  • Bet — a risk based agreement on the outcome of an Event or Market, placed by an End User, including the Stake and applicable Odds.
  • Stake — the amount of money risked on a Bet.
  • Market — a discrete betting option on an Event that may be wagered upon.
  • Event — a sports, esports, virtual sport, or other contest offered for betting.
  • Odds — the coefficient used to calculate Winnings, expressed in decimal format for all settlements.
  • Official Result — the outcome published by the relevant governing body or event organiser used for settlement.
  • Winnings — the monetary return payable to the End User if the Bet is successful, calculated as Stake multiplied by Odds, subject to these Rules.
  • Operator — Fatpirate or its licensed local entity responsible for offering betting services under applicable law.
  • Void — a Bet or Market that is cancelled or deemed invalid for settlement under these Rules.
  • Cash Out — a feature allowing early settlement of a Bet under revised terms, where available.
  • Bet Builder, Combo, System and related bet types — multi selection structures described in these Rules.
  • Early Payout — a discretionary early settlement feature if predefined conditions are met, described with the relevant Bet offer.

3. General Rules

  1. 3.1 Eligibility — End Users must meet the applicable gambling age; Fatpirate may require age verification and may deny access or close accounts that fail verification.
  2. 3.2 Language — In the event of any inconsistency, the English language version prevails.
  3. 3.3 Bet Acceptance — Once a Bet is accepted and confirmed in the betslip, it cannot be reversed or altered by the End User. Fatpirate will not review requests to modify accepted Stakes or Bets.
  4. 3.4 Account Activity — End Users may review Bet history and statuses in the My Bets section to confirm acceptance and settlement status.
  5. 3.5 Information and Decisions — Data published for informational purposes is not a basis for settlement decisions; settlement is based on Official Results and these Rules.
  6. 3.6 Prohibition on Automated Betting — The use of automated systems, bots or scraping tools is prohibited; Fatpirate may cancel Bets placed via such means.
  7. 3.7 Multiple Accounts — Use of multiple or third party accounts to access the service is prohibited; Bets placed in violation may be voided.
  8. 3.8 Jurisdictional Availability — Markets and events offered may vary by jurisdiction and regulatory approval.
  9. 3.9 Data Sources — Fatpirate relies on reputable data sources for outcome determination; data sources may be disclosed on request where permitted by law.
  10. 3.10 Hierarchy of Rules — Market Rules prevail over Sport Rules; Sport Rules prevail over General Rules; in the absence of specific provisions, General Rules apply.
  11. 3.11 Notation — Any reference to an "X" in odds or market descriptions shall be understood as a defined numeric value in the Fatpirate offering.
  12. 3.12 Amendments — Fatpirate may amend these Rules at any time; amendments are posted online and become effective upon publication.

4. Placing a Stake and Making a Bet

  1. 4.1 Compliance — All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Rules and applicable law.
  2. 4.2 Bet Confirmation — A Bet is valid only when expressly accepted by Fatpirate in the betslip.
  3. 4.3 Discretion — Fatpirate reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet at any time and for any reason.
  4. 4.4 Bet Types — The following structures are offered:
    • 4.4.1 Single — one outcome; payout equals Stake × Odds.
    • 4.4.2 Combo — multiple independent outcomes; all must win; payout equals Stake × Total Odds.
    • 4.4.3 System — a set of multiple Combo Bets formed from a fixed selection; payout is based on winning combinations.
    • 4.4.4 Trixie, 4.4.5 Pareto/Patent, 4.4.6 Yankee, 4.4.7 Canadian, 4.4.8 Heinz, 4.4.9 Super Heinz, 4.4.10 Goliath — named multipliers reflecting the number of selections and payout multipliers; each is settled by applying the total odds to the stake.
    • 4.4.11 Rounding — if a payout contains more than two decimal places, the amount is rounded to two decimals.
    • 4.4.12 Cash Out — the End User may settle a Bet early under revised terms where the feature is available; Fatpirate may suspend or withdraw Cash Out at any time without notice.
    • 4.4.13 Bet Builder — a Bet on multiple Markets within a single Event; all selections must be correct to win; may be included in Combo or System Bets and is subject to platform discretion.
    • 4.4.14 Early Payout — discretionary early settlement when predefined conditions are met; terms are published with the Bet offer; not guaranteed and may be removed or adjusted; errors may be corrected in accordance with settlement rules. 5. Settlement and Event Integrity

  1. 5.1 Official Results — Settlement is based on the Official Result published by the governing body or event organiser; where no official result is declared, Fatpirate may determine settlement using reliable sources in accordance with these Rules or void affected Bets.
  2. 5.2 Verification Delays — If the outcome cannot be verified promptly, Fatpirate may delay settlement until official confirmation is available.
  3. 5.3 Incorrect Data or Pricing — If a Market or Price is published with an error, Fatpirate reserves the right to void or resettle at the correct price within a reasonable period.
  4. 5.4 Related Outcomes — Bets that depend on related outcomes not accounted for by the system may be voided.
  5. 5.5 Integrity Concerns — If there are concerns regarding fraud or integrity within an event, Fatpirate may suspend settlement and withhold payment pending investigation.
  6. 5.6 Score/Match Information — Incorrect scores or match information leading to a significant price error may be voided or adjusted in Fatpirate's discretion.
  7. 5.7 Dead Heat — Dead heats in Outright or equal outcomes are settled by splitting the stake proportionally to the number of tied participants, with winnings calculated on the applicable odds.
  8. 5.8 Guidance Information — Onsite information such as scoreboards and streams is advisory; settlement relies on Official Results and the Fatpirate Rules.

6. In-Play and Live Betting

Fatpirate supports in-play betting where available. Live bets are settled on the applicable Official Result; odds may update dynamically during the event. If an event is interrupted, postponed or suspended, Bets remain valid only if the event resumes within Fatpirate's published window and an official result is subsequently declared. In the event of data delays or inaccuracies, Fatpirate may adjust or void affected Bets in line with these Rules.

7. Responsible Gaming and Security

Fatpirate implements Responsible Gambling measures and security controls. End Users must comply with age requirements, maintain secure account access, and refrain from sharing accounts. Fatpirate provides tools for budgeting, time limits and self-exclusion as required by applicable law. Personal data is protected under applicable data protection laws and Fatpirate privacy practices.

8. Disputes, Governing Law and Notices

These Rules are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Fatpirate is licensed. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate competent courts or tribunals. Fatpirate may publish notices on the platform and communicate with End Users via registered contact details. Fatpirate may amend these Rules online; continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance.
